Mrs. Margene Locklear age 91 of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021. A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, January 29, 2021 at 11:00 am at Memory Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter; Ann Mitchell, grandchild; Angelique Plunkett, great grandchildren; Tillman and Jayce Plunkett, niece; Jimmie Ann Holcomb. She was preceded in death by her parents; Clifford and Emma Cochran, husband; Billy Locklear, brother; James Cochran.
