Ranny Smith of Boaz passed away Friday October 14,2011 at
Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz.He was 61.He was a machine
set-up specilist at Federal Mogul in Boaz.
He was born August 25,1950 to Ovington Larue & Annebelle
Browing Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents.Brothers;Donald &
Verlon Smith.Sister;Nelda Marie Cooper.
He is survived by his wife;Carolyn Smith of Boaz.Children;Tammy
Lynn Smith of Boaz,Jeffery Ranny Smith of Boaz & Shannon
Haygood of Albertville.Sisters;Margaret Street of
Albertville,Martha Sue Stephens of Albertville & Shelia Smith
of Albertville.Twin Brother;Danny(Ann)Smith of Boaz &
Neal(Mary) Smith of Boaz.Grandchildren;Tristin Whitehead of Douglas
& Tyler Whitehead of Douglas.
Funeral services will be held Sunday October 16,2011 at 2:00pm
at Beulah Baptist Church.Interment will follow in the adjoining
cemetery.Brother Tony Holcomb will officiate.Mr.
Smith will lie in state at the church from 1:00pm until
service time at the church.Visitation:Saturday October
15,2011 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Adams Brown Funeral Home.
