Hugh Carlise Speakman Sr. of Albertville passed away Sunday Sept.11,2011 at his residence after an extended illness.He was 69.

He was a former truck driver for Faithway Feeds in Guntersville for many years.He was also a veteran.

Hugh was born Feb.6,1942 to Willie Mason & Nell Moore Speakman.

He was preceded in death by his parents & a brother;Phillip Gary Speakman.

Hugh is survived by his wife;Elizabeth Ann Washburn Speakman of Albertville,Al. Son;Hugh Speakman Jr..Daughters;Kimberly Buch & Tammy Speakman.Step-son;Daniel Washburn.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
