Hazel Wright, 89, of Covington, Tennessee originally of Horton,
Alabama passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Covington Care
Center in Covington, TN.
Hazel was survived by her sisiter Irene Ayers of Montgomery, AL;
sister-in-law Jo Wheeler of Boaz, AL; grandchildren Diann (Keith)
Hooper of Rockmont, GA, Dean (Kim) Dalrymple of Tallahassee, FL,
and Wayne (Charlene) Dalrymple of Brighton, TN; great-grandchildren
Emily Dalrymple Reeves, Brandon Dalrymple, Kerry Hooper, Chloe
Dalrymple, and Anna Kate Dalrymple; great-great-grandchild Shawn
Reeves.
Hazel joined her husband Gaddis Wright; daughter June Scott;
parents Jasper and Pearl Wheeler; brother Horace Wheeler; and
sister Kay Trammell in death.
Larry McCurley, Tony Simmons, Victor Wheeler, Johnny Shell,
Benny Pointer, and Lawrence Goodman will serve as pallbearers.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 1, 2012 from 4:00
until 6:00 pm. The funeral service will be held Monday,
January 2, 2012 at 11:00 am at the chapel of the Adams Brown
Service Fueral Home with Bro. Jack Andrews officiating. Hazel
will be laid to rest at Memory Hill Cemetery.
