Mrs Bernice Melton of Sardis,Al. passed away Friday September
30,2011 at Collinsville Healthcare.She was 63.
She was born August 1,1948 to Luther & Rosa Lee Durden
Spurlock.
She was preceded in death by her parents,Husband;David
Melton.Brother;Calvin Spurlock & a sister.
She is survived by her children;David Allen Melton of
Savannah,Ga. & Angel Burt of Savannah,Ga.Sisters;Josephine
Woods of Boaz,Al.& Margie(B.J.)Cahela of
Albertville,Al.Brothers;Howard(Sue)Spurlock of Lexington,Al.,Bobby
Joe(Shirley)Spurlock of Columbus,Ga.& Steve(Karen)Spurlock of
Salem,Al..5 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday October 3,2011 at
1:00pm at Adams Brown Funeral Home Chapel.Bro.Lynn Sharpton will
officiate.Visitation:Monday October 3,2011 from 11:00am until
service time.
